We survived the coldest week of the year so far, and so did the chickens! They were all tucked in nice and warm in their winter house in the high tunnel. They are happy, so production continues to be good. Grab your weekly eggs on Wednesdays from 11-2pm.

Even though we are in the depths of winter, spring planning is in full swing around here. Seed orders will be completed this week, plant maps are done, and we are starting to transition the starter greenhouse back into a growing space. It's crazy to think, but we are only 3 weeks away from starting the first seeds of the year!
