Winter is Upon Us
Snowflakes are already swirling this morning and we scrambled all day yesterday to make sure the farm was winter ready! We had our official last harvest of the season and picked some beautiful baby chard, radicchio, celery, leeks, & fennel. Even though the crops are out of the ground, we will continue to grow microgreens and experiment with some other hardy greens in containers through the winter months. November Update + Eggs!
I realize we've been pretty quiet online for the last month, but that's because life has been pulling our attention elsewhere. Fall farm work & harvest, winter prep, multiple trips, annual Bryndlewood Halloween party, and birthday celebrations to name a few! We were grateful for the mild fall and have been continuing to harvest some beautiful veggies.
