Welcome Spring
It's officially spring! Even though the temps are still chilly, the longer days have the plants bursting with growth (and us bursting with energy!). Each day I look, I swear the seedlings have doubled in size. The tables are filling fast and getting greener every day! Beautiful Baby Choi. Welcome March
March arrived and we really hit the ground running! We've seeded tens of thousands of seeds already including onions, herbs, flowers, strawberries, lettuce, and early brassicas. We will be seeding every week from now until about mid July! This allows us to have continual harvests throughout the entire season. Often, we replant certain crops at least 4 times a season. Having Snow Much Fun
We made the most of the winter storm last week and constructed a snow tubing course in our backyard! We had hours of fun building it, and many more hours enjoying it. :) Those of you picking up eggs last week might have overheard our squeals of joy! Rest & Reset
Beautiful Lake Superior ice in Grand Marais Over the past two weeks, our family took the last couple trips away from home until next fall. For the next 8 + months, we will be tied very closely to the farm tending to all of our precious plants, vegetables, fruits, and flowers!
