First off...welcome April!
March came and went in a flash. It was filled with an abundance of seeding, season prep, lots of weather fluctuations, so much plant growth, and two amazing dinners in the greenhouse.
We're still soaking in all the good vibes from The Pines Restaurant Spring Preview!
Transforming the greenhouse into a beautiful event space, filling it with good food, good people, and good vibes will never get old!
Chef Kyle knocked it out of the park as usual and created some amazing dishes garnished with our microgreens. It was the perfect way to welcome spring.

We didn't get everyone pictured, but we are so thankful for the amazing crew of people that helped us!
Speaking of microgreens...we will have them available periodically throughout the season.
We've enjoyed learning how to grow them. They are packed with nutrients and so beautiful!
The greenhouse is really starting to fill up. The first round of tomatoes have been potted up, the sea of onions is growing, and flowers are getting tagged and ready for sale in a few weeks.
*Mark your calendars now*
We are kicking off the plant sale season at our
7th Annual Bryndlewood Gardens
Open House & Plant Sale
Saturday, May 3rd.
The lettuce and spring greens are officially ready to hit the dirt! Yay!

This sight is beautiful. Freshly prepped beds in our longest tunnel. Now to rake, lay irrigation, fabric, then plants. It's going to be a busy week!
