Fall Treats
Surprise! We have some deliciously sweet fall veggies available to order this week!
We have a bumper crop of green onions. We planted seeds that were suppose to be large sweet onions, but instead of bulbing up they turned into the largest green onions we've ever seen. It's still a mystery to us why they developed the way they did, but they are still beautiful and delicious so we can't complain too much!
Since they are so large, it's the perfect opportunity to use the abundance to eat fresh, freeze, or process like dehydrating.
Our late summer planting of radishes are also just beginning! We only have a few bundles available this week, but hope to have more in the coming weeks.
