Happy New Year everyone! I can't believe we are almost a week in to 2026!
Our holiday break was jam-packed with activities. Fishing, skating, sledding, skiing, travel, & lots of family time. We even got a glimpse of the sun! Now it's time to refocus and dive deep into next season's planning.

Last season never really fully ended for us as we've continued to grow microgreens and a few other cold hardy greens. We are learning a lot through this process are are excited to tweak our systems a bit a see what else we could grow.
Our winter egg supply is looking great so order some delicious farm fresh eggs today!
*A friendly reminder...please pick up eggs between 11am-2pm on Wednesdays. With the cold winter temps, we can not leave eggs out for extended periods of time in the shed. If you need a later pick up, please text me (218-244-7164) and we will work it out. Thanks!
