Fall Colors

Fall always knows how to show off! There are bold colors all around us. The flowers, the trees, the garden...even the night sky seems to be putting on a display! The unseasonably warm weather has been a challenge, and now we are scrambling to prepare for our first freeze this week. Most things are safe in the tunnels, but we do have some flowers and a few veggies that will need to picked or protected.
We still have some amazing peppers available to order this week. They keep well in the fridge and are also great for freezing.
The trend also continues for having eggs!
