Cayenne - Moderately hot chili pepper.
Habanero - Hot, smoky flavor great in salsa and sauces.
Hungarian Hot Wax - Change from green to pale yellow. Great for roasting, frying, and pickling.
Jalapeno - Traditional small fruited jalapeno.
Jalafuego - Jalapeno pepper with larger 3-4" fruit than traditional. Very high yielding.
Pablano - Mild hot. Turn green to red. Pick red for hotter flavor.
Serrano Chili - Pick green for a more mild flavor or wait until they are red hot!
