Hope everyone enjoyed a nice long weekend with friends and family!
Sorry for the delayed update this week. After a walk through of the farm last weekend, we decided we simply did not have enough veggies to put together a Farm Box this week. We are patiently (well rather impatiently actually!) waiting for these beauties pictured above to ripen. We are seeing the effects of our delayed planting schedule once again as some of our crops just aren't ready yet.
We are hopeful that next week we can fill a box with new things like zucchini, green onions, and if we're lucky, the first cherry tomatoes. Fingers crossed!
Eggs ordering was also postponed this week, but we should have them available for ordering Monday, with pick up next Wednesday.
