Did the Groundhog See Its Shadow?

Yes, the groundhog did see its shadow! That means six more weeks of winter ahead. For us in Northern MN though, it's probably more like 6-12 weeks! Even though winter stretches on, the daylight extending and the suns rays strengthening brings us hope. Also seeing the vibrant green of our baby choi helps! A sign that growth and strength continues even during the coldest/darkest months of the year.
