Deep Freeze

We've officially hit the deep freeze portion of winter!

Daily tasks become a little bit harder and my mood a little bit lower. It's easy to feel stuck this time of year, but I've been trying to get outside at least a little each day and, on a positive note, the sun is finally shining! I've also been burying my head in all the beautiful seed catalogs, which keeps me focused on the work ahead.

Dreaming of what's to come helps me stay motivated and excited.

Not much else to update on this week.

Chickens are warm and happy in the sunny tunnels and still laying beautiful eggs!
