Dreaming of Spring

Our winter greenhouse clean up is in full swing, which means the countdown to this beautiful sight has begun! Inventory has been taken, seed orders are on their way, garden plotting is in process, and everything in the greenhouse is being washed/sanitized in preparation for seed starting.

(Not my favorite job, but means we're one step closer to being ready to plant!)

Egg production is way down right now, which means we've decided to take the week off from accepting egg orders. Those that have a standing order can still pick up their eggs on Wednesday. We hope to have enough again by next week for everyone!
